Shipping Policy
Welcome to The Indori Namkeen! We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality namkeen straight to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per the given timelines.
Any order placed/booked on a late weekend, i.e., on Saturday post 5:00 pm, will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or the next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or any Government Holiday; hence, we have restricted dispatch timelines due to the limited shelf life of our products.
Orders booked during any festival month might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like shortage of stock or overloaded shipments for delivery.
Orders booked on the last two days of every month will be processed for dispatch/pickup on the next working day.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Pune: 1-day delivery.
Metro Cities: 3-5 days.
Non-metro Cities: 5-7 days.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
In Pune: Standard delivery charge of Rs. 60 per order.
National Metro Cities/Non-metro Cities: ₹100 or 10% of the order value, whichever is more.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1499.
The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.
6. Undelivered Orders
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
If the order is returned to us, we will contact you for re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund after deducting shipping costs.
Shipping details while booking should be correct, and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
