However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you. To qualify for a resolution, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide relevant details along with clear images showing the issue. This allows us to investigate and address your concern promptly.
Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, such as broken packaging, spillage, or tampering, please share clear images of both the outer and inner packaging along with the damaged item within 24 hours of receipt.
Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please provide images of the received product and the order invoice for verification.
Expired Product: If you receive an expired product, notify us immediately with supporting images of the packaging displaying the expiry date.
Once your claim is verified, we will offer either a replacement of the product at no additional cost or a refund credited to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order is processed and dispatched from our facility, cancellations will not be accepted. If you wish to cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.

Important Notes:
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for minor variations in taste, color, or texture as our products are handmade and may vary slightly from batch to batch.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners, though we will assist in resolving such issues wherever possible.
Refunds will only be processed after verification of the complaint and approval by our team.
Orders placed during special promotions, discounts, or offers may not be eligible for refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
